Go Bananas!

Today is National Banana Bread Day so I say we celebrate! I can’t be certain but I’m of the belief that this particular holiday is probably the product of the Too Brown Bananas Lobby. We all find ourselves with brown bananas and wonder if we use them or throw them out. Throw them out??? No! Make Bread!!

So let’s get to it — get those less fortunate bananas and make them stars in a great loaf of banana bread!!
